Βιογραφικό

Rania Romanidou is a Greek-qualified Lawyer and member of Thessaloniki Bar Association, working as Senior Associate in ALG.

She holds a law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Laws in Transnational/European Commercial and Banking Law, with a major in international contracting using new technologies and AI. Rania is currently a PhD candidate in the field of public contracting and in particular in public contracts for projects, services and supplies concluded with the Greek Government and its legal entities.

Her working legal experience extends to a variety of legal fields, including commercial/corporate law, civil and public law. Having worked in legal corporate environments, she gained significant experience in drafting various legal documents and handling several litigation cases.

Rania is fluent in Greek, English and French.

In ALG, she has been providing her services since 2021. In particular, she provides consulting services for compliance and regulatory matters and legal support in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts for multinational pharmaceuticals companies, based both in Europe and in the USA.
